If you really love me, 

Let me be

your river, when you cry

your stone in the surge

your ray of hope when it's dark

your consolation

your joy when you feel weak

a little wisdom if you do not know how to carry on

the peace pole
your sigh at night.

lass mich 

dein Fluss sein, wenn du weinst

dein Stein in der Brandung

dein Lichtblick, wenn es dunkel ist

dein Trost

deine Freude, wenn du dich schwach fühlst

ein wenig Weisheit, wenn du nicht mehr weiter weißt

dein Ruhepol
dein Seufzer in der Nacht.

Ausflugsziele in Vorarlberg: Viktorsberg - Aussicht und Panorama Rundumblick vom Feinsten

The village Viktorsberg of 400 inhabitants is located 879 meters above sea level . From the south-facing slope one enjoys magnificent panoramic views as far as Liechtenstein and the Swiss mountains.

The surroundings are ideal for hiking and mountain biking.

The historic town of Feldkirch is only a few kilometers away , as well as the A14 motorway.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein can be reached in 20 minutes , Germany and Lake Constance in 30 min.

You will also find a hotel, inn views and pensions.

The pictures were made on May 1, and I think the unstable weather has added the  photographs his own magic.

Die malerische Gemeinde Viktorsberg mit 400 Einwohnern liegt auf 879 m Höhe. Vom Südhang aus genießt man herrliche Panoramablicke bis nach Liechtenstein und in die Schweizer Berge.

Die Umgebung eignet sich ideal zum Wandern und Mountainbiken.

Die historische Stadt Feldkirch ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt, so wie auch die Autobahn A14.

Die Schweiz und Liechtenstein erreichen Sie in 20 Fahrminuten, Deutschland und den Bodensee in 30 min.

Sie finden hier auch ein Hotel, Aussichtsgasthof und Pensionen.

Die Aufnahmen sind am 1. Mai gemacht worden und ich finde, das unstabile Wetter hat den Aufnahmen noch seinen eigenen Zauber zugefügt.

Natural farmacy - medicinal plants: Lady's Mantle - Alchemilla vulgaris

Lady's Mantle -Alchemilla vulgaris

Common names:

•     Stellaria

The plant called the lady's mantle is called Alchemilla vulgaris, in botanical circles. The botanical name of the plant is due to a peculiar pseudoscientific reputation the plant has, and the belief that the leaves of the herb are very efficient at collecting dew. Alchemilla, as suggested by the genus name of the plant is a direct reference to the alchemists, these early chemist and magicians believed that dewdrops which gathered on the leaves of the lady's mantle had some magical powers that could really help them in their ultimate quest for the philosopher's stone - a mythical magical stone, believed to be capable of turning base metals like lead to precious gold. Aside from the botanical name, and the allusions to alchemy, the plant also has a common name - lady's mantle given due to the plants very shapely and pleated leaves that look like a lady's cloak in medieval times. Perhaps the cloak was though suitable for the Virgin Mary and the original common name of the herb was - Our-Lady's-mantle in honor of Mary.

Motivationsgedanke "Das Besondere im Alltag erkennen"

Zu diesem Bild gibt es eine kleine Geschichte.

Das Bild ist unvollständig, aber ist es das wirklich? Ich denke nein. Ich habe absichtlich einen Teil des Bildes weggeschnitten. Auf dem fehlenden Teil sind Wisteria-Blüten, auch Blauregen oder Glyzinien genannt.Sie hätten diese eine Hälfte des Bildes in den Hintergrund gedrängt und das wollte ich nicht. 

Dieser farbige Spot hat für mich nicht eine visuelle Bedeutung. Der Hintergrund bzw die Wand ist eine alltägliche Autowaschanlage. Hätte das jemand vermutet? Schon als ich in den Parkplatz hinein fuhr, ist mir dieser leuchtende Spot neben dem in voller Blüte stehenden Wisteriabaum aufgefallen. Der Großparkplatz an sich, ist eigentlich öde und fad, so wie halt Parkplätze bei großen Einkaufszentren meist aussehen.

Als die Einkäufe erledigt waren, holte ich meine Kamera und machte an dieser Stelle ein ganzes Bilderset. Ich merkte, wie mich die Leute anstarrten, die in den Parkplatz hinein und hinaus fuhren. Ja gibt's denn sowas, jemand der an so einem Platz Fotos macht? Bei uns ist das sicherlich eine Seltenheit. Witzig ist auch immer zu beobachten, dass den Leuten gewisse Dinge eigentlich erst auffallen, weil sie mich auffällig finden und herausfinden möchten, was denn das begehrte Objekt sein könnte.

Der Wisteriabaum dürfte schon ziemlich alt sein und er hat wohl großes Glück gehabt, dass er bei den Großbauarbeiten nicht beseitigt wurde.

Diesen Blütenbaum zeige ich Euch dann separat, sobald ich das Video dazu fertig machen kann.

Ein guter Motivationsgedanke für den Alltag wäre, sich vorzunehmen, die kommenden Tage immer wieder bewusst herausfinden zu wollen, wo und was im normalen Alltagsgeschehen denn als BESONDERES erkannt und freudig hervorgehoben werden könnte. Ihr werdet staunen, was ihr plötzlich alles neu entdeckt und wieviel mehr neue Freude in den Alltag einkehrt.

Lovely Lilacs fragrances

In the dooryard  fronting an old farm house 

near the white wash’d palings,

Stands the lilac-bush tall growing 

with heart shaped leaves of rich green,

with many a pointed blossom rising delicate, 

with the perfume strong I love,
